• Who sells. Black Hole Visuals LLC sells everything on iogen.io, including other makers' products, and takes payment by card through Stripe. Each maker makes and supports their own products.
• What you get. A license to use the product in your work (see the software license), the files in your library to download again any time, and every update. The license doesn't expire.
• Age. You must be 18 or older to have an iogen account, and you say so when your account is made; buying also means you are 18 or older. We don't ask for your date of birth. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 13, we close it and delete its data.
• Your library. It belongs to your email address. You sign in with a link sent to that address, so keep it current.
• Plans. Some makers offer a plan: a regular payment that gives credits to spend in their shop. Each plan says how long its credits last, and you can cancel it from your library at any time. What you bought with credits stays yours.
• Refunds. Before paying for a download you tick a box asking for it straight away, which ends your 14-day right to cancel once the download starts. iogen's own packs are refundable within 14 days, until you first download them. Other makers set their own window, shown on the product page and at checkout; before you download, a refund inside it is paid at once, and after, the maker decides and you can ask iogen to look. Products are made by independent makers. We check each maker's first release before it goes live, but that is a person looking it over, not a full security audit, so we can't promise a product will suit your computer or your show. If a product doesn't work as described, use the refund policy or write to us. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that can't be waived, including those of consumers in the EU and UK.

To the extent the law allows, Black Hole Visuals LLC isn't liable for lost profits, lost shows or data, or other indirect losses, and what we owe you for any one claim is capped at what you paid for the product or plan involved. This doesn't limit liability for death or personal injury, for fraud, or for anything the law doesn't let us limit.

These terms are governed by the laws of the US state where Black Hole Visuals LLC is organised. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live still apply to you, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we say so on this page and, for signed-in people, by email before the change takes effect. Purchases you have already made keep the terms they were made under.
