Which software do the packs need?
Resolume Avenue or Arena 7. iogen's own packs are Resolume compositions built only from Resolume's own sources and effects, so there's nothing else to install. They don't work outside Resolume.
Do I get updates?
Yes. When a product is updated, the new version appears in your library at no cost. Past updates are listed on each maker's page, for example iogen's.
What resolution are the packs?
Any. The visuals are drawn live, so they render at whatever resolution your composition runs at, with alpha.
Bought something on the old site?
Every past purchase has been carried over. Sign in to your library with the email you bought with, and your packs will be there.
How are the products made?
Products made entirely by hand carry a Fully Human Crafted badge, which makers tick themselves. How it's made explains them.
